JES Foods maintains and staffs an on-site quality lab in our Celina manufacturing facility. This allows us to perform relevant tests, analysis as well as to provide real-time feedback throughout the manufacturing process.
We perform our own qualitative, organoleptic, and quantitative analysis and utilize area certified laboratories to verify and validate our processes.
