Fulfilling a demand. From the beginning, JES Foods has been dedicated to generating fresh processed food products that meet clients’ demands. It all began with half-pound samples of fresh, diced vegetables for a company making soups and sauces. JES Foods tapped this opportunity. Today, JES Foods continues to focus its attention on customers’ evolving food processing needs, and the importance of food safety.
Expanding operations. With the opening of the Celina facility in 1993, JES expanded its fresh produce to include cooking operations. Again, catering to customer demand, JES gradually grew its operations and was able to provide a wider range of products and packaging options to clients. Today, JES Foods Celina caters to companies that are involved in every aspect of food manufacturing, wholesale food distribution and custom recipe development.
Meeting stringent safety requirements. Celina’s facility is Foods’ Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified facility meets rigorous food safety management standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Additionally, our facility is USDA-inspected, and we also are able to provide certified organic products and kosher preparation.
