JES Foods employs strict quality assurance guidelines prior to, during and after each production run. Here is a brief overview of some of our check points:
Purchasing

It starts with the products we buy. We buy only the freshest ingredients from suppliers we qualify.
Pre Production Product Screening

Whether it is a production run of chopped onions, garlic puree or saut'eed peppers, all items are screened by our technicians before they enter the production process.
Pre Production Equipment Screening

No matter what type of production process JES is running for our customer, you can be sure we have our quality assurance supervisor check all of the equipment to make sure it is clean and sanitized and to make sure the specifications for the production run are correct. We check all the parameters for the production run including temperature, cook time, pressure, slicing or dicing specifications, etc. We also check to make sure the computers controlling our process are properly set and calibrated. Nothing is more important to JES Foods, than making sure we are 100% on target with our customer's specifications.
Production Processing Monitoring

Even during the production process we monitor manually or with computers or both, the critical parameters of the run. We even use inline metal detection, and other methods of screening to insure our products are free of foreign materials.
